Don’t let the weather keep you from exercising!
Done allow the weather to stop your plan to burn some calories and reach your weight loss targets. Many people tend to make excuses or find reasons why they shouldn’t exercise on certain days when they feel that the weather is not in their favour. For example, if you usually exercise in beautiful sunshine then it doesn’t mean that you should not exercise on a rainy day.
Remember that your fat cells do not discriminate against the weather, whether it is cold, windy, hot or sunny, so neither should you!
Find alternate activities
Try finding alternate activities that you could engage in for the various weather conditions. In this way, you can always have a way to burn calories no matter what the weather presents you with. For example, you can go for a run on a cool day, exercise in your local gym on a hot day and dance indoors on a cold or windy day – the alternatives are endless!
Consult your doctor
Always remember to consult with your doctor before starting any new exercise regime or making intense changes to your current one – especially if you suffer from any medical conditions and for some reason are required not to place your body or yourself under any form of stress or strain.
Get a physical trainer
If you do not know where to start or how to put a suitable workout routine together for yourself, seek the assistance of a physical trainer. There may be many available at your local gym.
