1. Eat more raw/fresh food!
Choose fresh, raw, nutrient-rich, healthy foods, like veggies, fruits, and unprocessed nuts, seeds, and legumes. This food keeps you full for longer. Eat large amounts of salads with lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, cold pressed olive oil or hummus. Raw veggies are packed with zero-calorie fibre and water to fill you up.
If you're hungry between meals, chew on a celery or carrot stick, a sweet red pepper or grab a handful of sprouts.
Juicing your vegetables is a great way to get the nutrients you need. Eat the colour of a rainbow with veggies each day, together with either a lean protein, baked/steamed potato or brown rice.
Choose foods such as celery, chilli, green tea, and red berries to help you burn up those calories and help you lose weight after Christmas.
Eat highly nutritious oily foods like avocadoes, kalamata olives, walnuts and flaxseed and watch the weight disappear.
