Use those limbs
Sometimes you are just too lazy to walk to the shops that are a few minutes away from your house. An easy way to burn some calories is to stop being so lazy and just walk those few blocks. Walking at an average of 3-5km/h, a person weighing 68kg will burn 80 calories per 1,5km.
A brisk walk, at approximately 6km/h, will burn roughly 280 calories for a 68kg person. Therefore you easily burn calories by just by choosing to walk.
A way of walking more at work is to go to someoneâs office to ask something instead of phoning or emailing them. You can even walk around in the house - pace while talking on the phone instead of sitting down.
