Christmas is just around the bend and we all want to look good at the christmas party especially if we have been invited by our partners. How to lose weight can be as easy as 1, 2,3!

1. Exercise: Exercise burns fat, which equals weight loss. You do not have to join the gym or buy expensive weights to get a good work out. Any form of exercise will speed up your metabolism causing your body to burn up calories.

2. Diet: It is estimated that you need to lose two thousand five hundred calories a week in order to enable you to lose 0.9 kilograms in weight. That's not as drastic as it may first seem, as just cutting back on five hundred calories per day is fairly easy. There is two hundred and sixteen calories in one bagel and one hundred and thirty nine calories in a can of cooldrink. Just by following a healthier diet you can easily lose o.0 kilograms a week.

3. Determination: Determination is key to any weight loss program. If you are not determined, it does not matter what diet you follow, you will fail. Being determined to succeed in losing weight is the one thing that will make all the difference. There are a few ways you can help yourself to be more determined:

1. Get your family and friends to help and support you

2. Surround yourself with positive people.

With friends and family aware that you are trying to lose weight they can help by not eating certain foods in front of you. Maybe one or two of your friends may want to lose some weight as well, get them to join you in your weight loss program. Just follow a healthy weight loss program with some daily exercise and you will see the kilos drop off  in time for that christmas party!
