Controlling your appetite is perhaps the key to successfully losing weight, according to a study at the University of Sydney in Australia. Researchers there have identified a number of âhigh satisfactionâ foods, which help keep you feeling full longer.
In the table below, anything with a rating of 100 (the score given to white bread) or higher is considered satisfying. Foods that scored less than 100 tend to not stick around so you will probably end up eating more of them and gaining weight.
