Try going out of your way when performing your daily activities and you will be surprised at how much weight you can lose.
For example, when in a shopping mall, try using the restroom that is on another level instead of the one that is closest to you.
Similarly, at work â use the restroom that is the furthest from your office so that you can burn calories when walking. Be sure to use the stairs instead of the elevator!
At work, if your computer printer is close to your desk then try re-routing your printouts to another printer so that you would have to leave your desk to go and fetch them. In addition, you can schedule your printouts in different batches and collect each lot separately so as to maximize your movement and burn more calories.
