If you have just 15 minutes to spare, you can dedicate it to your weight loss or health program by doing this workout.
Runner's World suggests the following workout, if you have only 15 minutes....
Walk gently up and down a flight of stairs. Do this two or three times, as a warm up.
Then run up one flight of stairs, but walk back down. Repeat this step four times.
Take a one minute break by walking on a flat surface.
Continue the sequence as time allows.
If you are in a stairwell, try running up two flights of stairs, walk down, repeat, and follow with a walking break.
Remember to consult your doctor before starting any new exercise program, especially if you suffer from any medical conditions.
