According to Readers Digest, you could burn approximately 10 calories and tone your buttocks by squeezing and relaxing them every 10 seconds. A good time to try this, is when youâre stuck in bumper-to-bumper traffic! No-one will know that youâre burning calories but you will feel how toned your buttocks are, after doing this regularly. Try aiming for 10 to 15 squeezes a day, depending on how far you travel.
Stick a reminder in your car
You could use a little post-it to remind yourself to do this exercise. It is easy to forget, especially when we are thinking of work or the dayâs events. Stick the note where you will see it easily but donât allow it to be a distraction.
