Losing weight is all about watching your portion size. Eat too much and you will gain too much!
Remember that you don’t necessarily have to give up eating takeaways, just choose smaller portions instead.
Order smaller meals
An easy way to do this is to order to a child sized meal. If you find that it is not satisfying your hunger, then simply throw in a large salad on the side and wash it all down with some thirst quenching water.
Keep it healthy
For dessert, have a small bunch of grapes or an apple – whatever fruit you like!
Just remember, the healthier the better for your body and your waistline!
