Method:
1. Before you make your way upstairs, stop and stand on the bottom step.
2. Hold the banister with one hand. Bend your right leg and place the toes of your left foot on the edge of the step.
3. Let your heel drop down. Press into the ball of your left foot and rise to your toes.
4. Pause then repeat with each foot for eight to 12 repetitions.
