Method:
1. Sit with your feet uncrossed. Grab your wrist and raise your hands above your head to lengthen the spine.
2. Take a deep breath in as you reach and hold the position. Breathe in slowly and then out.
3. Do this for 20 seconds, taking longer on the exhale.
This exercise will help your body relax and will burn five calories at the same time! There couldnât be an easier way to get weight loss going!
