Try having a smaller portion size next time you feel for your favourite burger or hotdog. Instead of having two or three, maybe just try having one or two.
Add on healthy options
Many people love to have chips either in or with their burger or hotdogs. If you are on a weight loss plan try adding some (or some more!) healthy ingredients to your burger or hotdog such as lettuce, onions, gherkins etc. These ingredients are packed with fibre which is great for making you feel full thus preventing you grabbing another portion.
Reduce calorie intake
In addition, try skipping the cheese and you will further reduce your calorie intake!
