Start with starters

Have a salad for your starter instead of a deep fried and fatty option which usually tends to come with unhealthy dips or sauces. You will be cutting out a significant number of calories from your meal before even ordering your main course.

Watch the dressing!

Avoid rich and creamy dressings or opt to have them on the side so that you can yse it as a dip instead of pouring it all over your healthy vegetables.

Make salad your main meal!

You could even try adding some grilled chicken strips to your salad and have it as a main course.
