Physical activity can take various forms from walking, running or even chasing your children around the garden - just as long as youâre on your feet and moving.
If you are unable to work out for one long session, then the good news is that the shorter sessions all add up! Shorter intervals of exercise and physical activity may better fit into your schedule, depending on how your day is planned.
