He says that you will not only be getting in some exercise, which will help you burn some calories, but you will also be less likely to choose something unhealthy to eat after engaging in a little movement.

Keeping healthy foods in clear view may also be useful, if you find you need a quick snack after exercising. Fresh fruit is an excellent idea.
