You could perhaps buy a dress, skirt or outfit a size or two smaller than the size youâre currently wearing. After making positive changes to your diet and level of physical activity and abiding by it for some time, try on your new outfit and check if it fits you comfortably.
Alternatively, you could also plan to reduce your waist measurement. All you would need to keep track of how much your waist has reduced is a tape measure.
