Have breakfast

If you are trying to lose weight, it is not advisable to skip breakfast! Missing this first and most important meal of your day may alter your metabolism – causing it to slow down.

This could further result in you feeling very hungry and increases the possibility of overindulging during the remainder of the day. Worst of all, you could consume a greater amount of junk food to help relieve your hunger.

Have small and healthy meals

Our body requires energy to keep us going throughout the day, so ideally we should try and consume many small and healthy meals throughout the day, whilst still keeping our calorie consumption within a healthy range.
