Try filling up an empty bottle with water the night before, so that it is well chilled throughout the night and ready to be consumed the next day.
You could also carry a mini cooler bag with you, so that your water remains chilled when at work or out on errands.
So it seems that for weight loss, when it comes to hydration, the colder the water, the better!
