Rania Batayneh, a certified nutritionist, says that if you calculate the number of days that you eat 'whatever you want' for the month (in this case Saturdays and Sundays), it can add up to approximately 8 days (or almost a quarter of the average month).

Losing less weight

Don’t overdo indulgences

While it is still a good idea to allow yourself a treat every now and again, be sure not to overdo it. Batayneh suggests that you attempt to cut down in other small ways, such as giving up the bread basket and/or having fewer glasses of wine when dining out, instead.
