A reward system will help keep you motivated in sticking to your new eating plan. It may also prevent you from giving in and bingeing into tempting foods that you find hard to resist.
Apart from new workout shoes, a new dress in a smaller size, etc., you could also choose a food you love, and reward yourself with a small portion of it. But remember in this instance, not to overdo it and be strict on the quantity you consume.
