Frozen yoghurt wedges make a healthy treat

Here's how to make the treat:

  • Firstly, cut one end off an orange and hollow out the fleshy part.

  • Then mix the orange pulp with some fat-free vanilla yoghurt, and, using a blender, blend the two ingredients together until a thick but smooth liquid is formed.

  • Now pour the mixture back into the empty orange peel and freeze it.

  • Cut it up into wedges.

This treat can be eaten at any time of the day!

You could try experimenting with other fruit or maybe even using a combination of fruit. Go for fresh fruit - whatever you enjoy that is in season.
