Here's how to make the treat:
Firstly, cut one end off an orange and hollow out the fleshy part.
Then mix the orange pulp with some fat-free vanilla yoghurt, and, using a blender, blend the two ingredients together until a thick but smooth liquid is formed.
Now pour the mixture back into the empty orange peel and freeze it.
Cut it up into wedges.
This treat can be eaten at any time of the day!
You could try experimenting with other fruit or maybe even using a combination of fruit. Go for fresh fruit - whatever you enjoy that is in season.
