Try and purchase fruit that is fresh and in season, whether it be pineapples, berries or peaches. Berries are delicious and are high in fibre and other nutrients, such as antioxidants which are great in helping to keep you looking young.

Reaching satiety

Dairy products are high in protein, which is also great for weight loss. Protein will also help you reach satiety quicker and this will assist in preventing you from overeating.
