Pear with cinnamon ricotta

Mix together ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon with ¼ cup of ricotta cheese. Cut a small pear in half and bake in the oven for about 10 – 15 minutes. Enjoy hot or cold with cinnamon ricotta on top.

This makes a delicious snack and it's so good for you! The ricotta cheese is full of protein, while the pear provides an excellent source of fibre.

Toast with walnut and pear spread

Mix about 50 ml of low-fat cottage cheese with half a tablespoon of walnuts and half a small pear, chopped into small pieces. Toast a slice of whole-wheat bread and serve with the pear and walnut spread on top.

This tasty snack can help boost your energy levels and prep your body for fat burn. Bonus: The walnuts are rich in serotonin, a hormone that produces feel-good chemicals in the brain
