Beyoncé recently flaunted a stunning, slim figure at this year's Grammy awards. How did she do it?
In case you were wondering, she didn't have plastic surgery and she didn't starve herself either.
Along with husband Jay-Z, the two embarked on a 22-day vegan eating plan consisting of a mainly plant-based diet.
"Beyoncé is all about health and wellness," exercise physiologist Marco Borges said. "She just wants to feel good."
The Hollywood power couple enjoy spending quality time exercising together. Their workouts consist of doing a combination of body weight squats, lunges, cardio exercises, sprint intervals and plyometric exercises.
According to Borges, Beyoncé follows a mostly plant-based diet, and adds fish to meals every now and then.
