One of the best things you can eat for breakfast every morning is a bowl of oats. But we're not talking about just any oats.
Oats are packed with healthy carbs and are rich in fibre so they keep you full for longer.
Plus, they're low budget and simple to make. Boiling oats on a stove or popping a bowl into the microwave doesn't take forever, but it can be even quicker. If you're looking for a way to save extra time in the mornings, this is it.
Overnight oats are delicious and so easy to make. All you do is throw some oats and water or milk together and put it into the fridge overnight. Then you simply pour it into a bowl the next morning. So easy!
