Filling your fridge with fresh, good food is one way to stick to your diet or healthy eating plan, and avoid piling on extra weight.

You can still overindulge with healthy food; eating too much of any food is going to do this.
That's why it's a good idea to portion control your food in the fridge. If you have a habit of over-indulging in homemade guacamole, for example, split the dip up into small containers and pop them into the fridge.
This way you'll be a lot less likely to overdo it and stick to healthier portion sizes of your favourite foods.
