It's bad that most of us have jobs where we sit for around eight hours every day, but that's not the only unhealthy factor to watch out for.

Things like sweet Jenny spoiling the office with cupcakes every second day. To avoid giving in, make sure you're armed with healthy snacks instead. Keep fruit, yoghurt, nuts, cheese, and granola mix in your desk drawer, and stashed away in the office fridge.
Eating a sandwich from the coffee shop down the road at your desk every day isn't going to help your waistline either. Rather make a huge salad at home the night before. Include proteins like chickpeas, cheese, tuna, spinach or kale, and plenty of crispy salad veggies. And don't eat at your desk!
