It's tempting to carry on eating when we're full or feel as though we've had enough to eat. Especially when it's something we love.
It can be hard to stop eating when your cravings are telling you to reach for second helpings - or thirds.
The next time you're eating and start to realise that you're almost full, immediately put the majority of your food into a bowl and pop it into the fridge.
That way your (almost) empty plate will signal that you've had enough - and the leftovers will stay out of sight and out of mind, in the fridge.
