Many celebs resort to strange diet trends in an effort to continuously keep up with the pressure of looking perfect.
But some of them take it a little far by following some rather bizarre (and often unhealthy) diets.
Jennifer Aniston is reported to follow this diet which involves eating jars of baby food all day long, in addition to a âhealthyâ supper.
Jennifer Lopez reportedly carries around a vial of grapefruit oils and sniffs it. Apparently the aroma affects liver enzymes and promotes weight loss.
Supermodel Miranda Kerr has claimed that the reason behind her slim figure is because she eats coconut oil. She takes in four tablespoons a day: cooking with it, putting it in her tea, or drizzling it over salads.
