Eating healthily during winter isn't always easy, especially with all those tempting comfort foods every which way we turn.

Write it down. Jot down what, when and why you eat. This will give you a better idea about your eating habits, and make you more accountable for your choices.
Get rid of temptation. Stop buying boxes of cookies or bags of chips and stock up on healthy snacks instead.
Treat yourself. Enjoy your favourite indulgence every now and then to curb those cravings.
Be patient. If you fall off the bandwagon now and then, dust yourself off and keep at it. Occasional setbacks are normal â just don't give up.
