Peel and dice an apple or a pear.
Add cubes to a mug or a small bowl.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top and mix.
Heat in the microwave for +/- one minute.
Add a dollop of low-fat plain yoghurt, drizzle with some honey, and add a few nuts for texture on top.
Eat immediately!
