For example, when stressed some people crave high sugar or high fat foods such as pastries, chocolates, cakes, etc. These foods offer no nutritional value and will make you gain unnecessary weight.
Try engaging in some form of physical activity, if you are generally inactive. You could go for walks regularly, dance, workout at the gym or even take up a sport.
