If you find that you are constantly indulging in some high calorie foods or snacks then try setting up some reminders to remind you about your weight loss goal.
For example, you could place little stickers with a motivating message on the confectionary cupboard to remind you not to open it. If you find that you are ignoring the first reminder then set up a second one to reinforce the first one. In the above example, this can be done by placing other stickers on the high calorie food products that are within the confectionary cupboard.
These little reminders will help keep you on track and limit the chances that you may be tempted to give up your weight loss goal.
You could also use reminders to remind you to burn some extra calories by doing more physical activity. For example, stick a note in your car to remind you to leave your lunch bag in the car when at work. Then during lunch time, take a walk to the car for your lunch. Remember to take the stairs on the way (not the lift!), if applicable.
