As we get older, fighting fat becomes a little more challenging. It's almost as though we're being forced to get healthier.

Power it up

If you enjoy walking, for example, don't just stick to flat surfaces. Throw in a couple of hills.

Use light hand weights when you walk, or even when you're just watching TV. This will help you fight fat, tone, and strengthen your bones at the same time.
