Here are three fun ideas you can use to get more movement into your day...
Challenge your partner or family. Do quick mini bursts of activity during TV show breaks, or while you're waiting for the oven. See who can do the most jumping jacks or squats in one minute.
Make housework a race. Set a timer on your phone, pump up the music, and see if you can get everything done before the alarm goes off.
Get physical with your friends. Instead of going out for coffee, meet a friend for a power walk, go for a hike, or try a workout video together.
