Try doing different types of exercises either in one session, or in each different session. For example begin a session by stretching, then jump with a skipping rope followed by a run - or you could dance on Mondays and perform specific exercises on Tuesdays, yoga on Wednesdays, and so on.
Try exercising at home on one day, then at a park (or somewhere safe) the following day, go to the gym on the third day, etc.
