Every day for 30 days you will spend a few minutes doing a series of ab moves. These are designed to fight flab and help tone your tummy muscles. Here's a little taste of day one and two...

Day 1

  • 15 sit-ups

  • Five crunches

  • Five leg raises

  • 10-second plank

Day 2

  • 20 sit-ups

  • Eight crunches

  • Eight leg raises

  • 12-second plank
