Getting back into shape after having triplets

In an exclusive interview with All4Women, fitness personality Samantha Clayton of BeFit in 90, a popular online workout series, tells us how she got back into shape after having triplets.

While she represented England as a sprinter in the 2000 Sydney Olympics, nothing could prepare Samantha for having triplets, just a year after her first child.

“I found it hard to get back into shape after carrying triplets and being on 20 weeks of bed rest – it changes your body,” recalls Samantha.
