It's true that fruits are healthy and good for you, but you should know that some of them contain a high amount of natural sugar.
Why does this matter?
Consuming excess sugar can lead to weight gain and other health issues, so it's a good idea to cut down on â or limit â high-sugar fruits.
Below are some of fruits known to be high in natural sugars. Try and limit them during the day to balance your sugar intake:
Dried fruits (raisins, apricots, prunes, dates etc.)
Cherries
Grapes
Mangoes
Figs
Bananas
Tangerines
Pomegranates
