Bloating is a temporary condition that many women experience at some stage in their lives. It does not mean that a bloated person is a fat person, although they may temporarily feel fat.
So what can you do to relieve the bloating and this feeling of being overweight?
All you would need is a bath tub filled with water and some Epsom salts.
A simple home remedy is to take a bath with Epsom salts added to the water. This will help the excess water in our bodies to be drawn out, thus reducing bloating.
Remember to consult your doctor beforehand, especially if you suffer from any medical conditions as Epsom salts contain magnesium. Also note that this remedy cannot be done daily as it may affect the salt balance in your
body.
You may be pleasantly surprised when you notice a slightly slimmer self but remember that the key to long term weight loss is consuming a healthy and balanced diet, as well as adopting a suitable exercise programme.
