Play games (indoors and ourdoors!), have competitions, run, skip, jump, use hula hoops, play tennis or other sport and tidy up at the end of the day. These activities are not just great for weight loss, but you will also be spending some quality time with your child.

Remember to consume healthy snacks and hydrate with some refreshing water during the day and your mini workouts. A balanced and nutritious diet also helps your body to look and feel healthy and you will reap the benefits of weight loss if this is done regularly.
