Note: if you're eating badly, exercise WILL NOT make you lose weight. It is the cherry on that cake of weight loss - it can assist positively in a positive scenario, but it cannot fix a negative one.
Hill sprints are TOUGH! But they are the BEST exercise if you want to lose fat. Ever seen a 100m sprinter and wondered how they got so lean? Exactly.
Start slow. Find a decent hill, warm up for 5 minutes or so, then do 4 or 5 sprints up the hill (40 metres or so is fine).
Walk back down each time. Add one extra sprint every week (up to 10 sprints). Do sprints 3 or 4 times per week.
