The following exercise is great for toning and strengthening your entire upper body whilst burning calories.
Try to find an area where there is a gradient that is steep enough such that the pram is able to roll back to you. Start by keeping the pram in front of you – your knees should be slightly bent and your feet should be hip width apart.
Take hold of the pram’s handles, whilst keeping your shoulders back (away from your head). Your elbows should be bent and tucked in toward your body. Now tighten your core and inhale then push the pram up the hill. Be sure to exhale as you do this. Now allow the pram to roll back to you.
You can perform this technique for about 10 times and do three sets.
