This is an article to tell you to stop allowing food to stress you out.

One of the reasons so many people battle with their weight is that their relationship with food is fraught with stress.

Every meal time they try to answer a long list of questions like:

  • "How BAD is this for me?"
  • "If I eat this will I be able to lose weight?"
  • "XYZ Miracle Diet says this food is good but the new Fastest Weight Loss 3000 Diet says it's bad... What should I do?"

These questions, and the emotions attached to them, turn your relationship with food into a nightmare.
