If you answered yes, then maybe it’s time to make some changes or spice up your workout!
There are many ways in which you can do this. For example, if you perform your workouts indoors then try doing it outside for a change. If possible, take your exercise equipment outdoors and enjoy the fresh air at the same time.

If you cannot take your equipment outdoors, then go for a walk, jog or run. Alternatively take a yoga mat outdoors and perform some simple exercises. You could also go to the beach, go hiking, ride your bicycle etc.

On the other hand, if you usually work out outdoors, then try burning some calories indoors for a change of atmosphere. Catch up on strenuous household chores that help to burn calories or even better, turn up the music and start dancing! You may be pleasantly surprised at how much fun and how much more energised you may feel due to the change in environment.

Just be sure to remain physically active (whether outdoors or indoors!) and enjoy your new waistline!
