1. "I’m naturally/genetically fat"

'Fatness' is NOT genetically predetermined.

You may be predisposed to easy weight gain, and you may have been taught bad patterns of eating by your parents (who were possibly overweight) at an early age, but your DNA does not say FAT PERSON any more than it says GRUMPY PERSON or KIND PERSON.
