Stride briskly with long steps. Swing your arms up to shoulder level. Remember that your right arm goes back when you right leg comes forward and your right arm comes forward when your right leg is at the back. Then change to cross stride walking, bringing your right arm and leg forward together, followed by your left arm and leg.
This is a very simple exercise that can be done anywhere, especially in the comfort of your own home. It requires some degree of concentration as you would have to co-ordinate the movements correctly.
