Why does it work?

Well, a Twinkie contains only 150 calories of energy. Eat two at each meal time and you've only consumed 900 calories. This energy deficit will certainly lead to weight loss.

Plus, although it sounds great at the beginning, eating the same nutrient empty food day-in and day-out will become tiresome, and you'll no-longer want to eat your Twinkies, which means you lose even more weight because you'll end up starving yourself.

Why it's bad:

Twinkies contain almost nothing, but sugar and flour. These are NOT highly nutritious foods. This means that while you may lose weight, you will also probably become sick, and increase your risk factors for some pretty serious diseases.
