Exercising with a friend is a fabulous way to burn calories and keep one another motivated at the same time.
There are various exercises that you can engage in together. Here is one of them.
You and your friend should stand facing one another, with the insteps of your right feet close together and your left legs stretched back.
Keep your shins vertical as you sink your hips as low as possible. You may need to adjust the position of your back leg - note that the lower you sink down, the further away your back heel will be. Raise your arms so that your palms meet that of your friend's. Breathe deeply and hold the pose.
Then push against each other’s palms – this will help to strengthen your arms as well as your upper back and will help you burn some calories too!
Now take a deep breath, relax and do the above routine again, but this time stepping forward with your other leg.
