Following the same, old (perhaps boring?) exercise routine over and over again may land you in a situation where you just can’t see a difference in your weight.
A lack of motivation and boredom are easy ways to give up on an exercise routine, especially if you begin each session with a tired or negative attitude. Not only could you be wasting your valuable time, but you could also be placing yourself in a position whereby you could easily injure yourself due to a lack of concentration.
So take a deep breath and start over. Change your exercise plan totally if you have to or make small changes to the areas that leave you demotivated. Look or create alternative ways of exercising and get a partner if you feel exercising alone is not for you.
